The project involved:
- Complete removal of 24 end-of-life split systems across 3 floors
- Installation of a Daikin VRV IV system with centralised control
- Ductwork modifications to improve airflow distribution
- BMS integration for automated scheduling and fault detection
- Commissioning and compliance certification to AS/NZS 1668.2

The building remained fully occupied throughout the works. Our team coordinated with the building manager to schedule installations floor-by-floor during off-peak hours, minimising disruption to tenants.
